苯甲基磺酰氟（PMSF）是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。它与蛋白酶的活性位点残基共价结合，抑制蛋白水解活性。PMSF可用在蛋白纯化过程中的细胞裂解物缓冲液中，防止靶蛋白降解。PMSF可有效抑制纳洛酮促发的戒断跳跃。
