應用

根据 Thayer 和 Martin 法用于选择性分离临床材料的淋病奈瑟球菌和脑膜炎奈瑟球菌。适用于运送接种材料。

準備報告

将21.0 g溶于240 ml蒸馏水中，并在121°C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。将一瓶复水的Thayer-Martin Supplement I（货号44051）和Thayer-Martin Supplement II（货号52083）在50°C左右加入培养基。另外添加250 ml无菌2％血红蛋白（货号08449）溶液。轻柔地混合，再倒入无菌培养皿或试管中制成斜面。
