應用

CLED 琼脂培养基已被用作非选择性培养基，用于对废水样品中的喹诺酮和喹诺酮抗性基因 qnrS 进行对映体分析。[2]

準備報告

将 36.15g 悬浮于 1000ml 蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾以完全溶解培养基。15 lbs 压力 (121°C) 高压蒸汽灭菌 15 分钟。
