地高辛是一种半抗原，可用于核酸标记和检测系统。[1]本产品含辣根过氧化物酶（POD）标记抗地高辛抗体的Fab片段。抗地高辛-POD Fab片段用于检测地高辛标记的化合物。
特異性
来自羊的多克隆抗体对于地高辛和异羟洋地黄毒苷有特异性，不会和其他类固醇，比如人雌激素和雄激素反应。
準備報告
在用地高辛免疫后，山羊IgG通过离心交换色谱进行了纯化，而特异性的IgG通过免疫吸附进行了分离。通过木瓜蛋白酶消化获得的Fab片段经过凝胶过滤，和特异性标记偶联，在缓冲液中稳定。
工作浓度: 偶联剂的工作浓度将取决于应用和底物。以下浓度可作为参考：斑点印迹：150 mU/ml
工作溶液：100mM Tris-HCl,150mM NaCl,pH 7.5.
