一种作为DNA甲基转移酶抑制剂的胞嘧啶类似物。在TRAIL抗性细胞系中恢复caspase-8和caspase-10 mRNA和蛋白表达以及TRAIL(肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体)敏感性。也增强HDAC(组蛋白去乙酰化酶)抑制剂诱导的凋亡。也可以提供100 mM的DMSO溶液(目录号189826)。
