The product is a precursor for the deposition of titanium dioxide thin films by atomic layer deposition with water.[1] Tetrakis(dimethylamido)titanium(IV) (TDMAT) undergoes exothermal reaction with excess cyclopentadiene to yield tris(dimethylamido)(η5-cyclopentadienyl)titanium(IV).[2]

    1. This product is packaged in a steel cylinder and suitable for use in deposition systems only. This cylinder features a diaphragm valve and 1/4" Swagelok® VCR® cap and nickel gasket. Alternatively, product 469858 is packaged in clear glass sealed ampules for ease of access. Please see the link below to review this product option:

    1. Product 669008 is Tetrakis(dimethylamido)titanium(IV). This is a neat liquid, sold by weight. There is just one listed package size, 25 grams (669008-25G). Based on a density of 0.947 g/mL, the volume of the liquid is 26.4 mL. The product is described as being "packaged for use in a deposition system". It is packaged in a steel cylinder connected to a 316 stainless steel ball-valve, which in turn has a 1/4 inch male Swagelok-brand VCR connection.
