The SYBR® Green定量 RT-PCR 试剂盒将鼠白血病病毒（Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus）逆转录酶（M-MLV RT）、JumpStart™ Taq DNA聚合酶和SYBR Green I荧光染料组合成一步式 RT-PCR 试剂盒，设计用于检测基因表达。使用便捷的2X即用混合物包括M-MLV RT、SYBR Green I染料、JumpStart™ Taq DNA 聚合酶、99％纯度的脱氧核苷酸、缓冲液，玻璃钝化剂和稳定剂。 JumpStart ™Taq DNA聚合酶是一种抗体灭活的热启动酶（hot-start enzyme）。一旦反应温度达到70°C，DNA聚合酶-抗体复合物随即解离，Taq DNA聚合酶活性得以恢复。相对于手动热启动技术，这种抗体-酶复合物可轻松简便地准备，同时可降低污染风险。

應用

SYBR® Green定量 RT-qPCR 试剂盒用于一步式逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）测定：
