一般描述

活性氧 (ROS) 是由于有氧呼吸过程中氧气减少和细胞内各种酶系统产生的。在生理水平，活性氧有助于细胞信号和宿主防御。[1]ROS 生成增加，高于生物系统的解毒能力，导致氧化应激和细胞损伤。对细胞的主要损伤是由 ROS 诱导的膜脂、必需蛋白质和 DNA 中的多不饱和脂肪酸等大分子的改变所致。[1]ROS 与阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、癌症、衰老等疾病状态有关。[2]

应用

荧光细胞内活性氧 (ROS) 试剂盒已用于检测活细胞中的细胞内 ROS。[3][4][5][6]

适用性

本试剂盒适于通过酶标仪或荧光显微镜检测细胞内的ROS。

原理

试剂盒提供灵敏的一步荧光测定方法，不用孵育1小时即可检测活细胞的胞内 ROS(特别是超氧化物和羟基自由基)。ROS与细胞透过性传感器反应，生成的荧光产物（λex = 520/λem = 605 nm）与 ROS 量成比例。这一测定可用荧光微板读取仪，在96孔或384孔多孔板中进行。

  1. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.   2. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
