Recombinant Molecular Weight Marker has been used for determining the size of protein bands in western blot and sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).[1][2]
其他说明
The recombinant molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE contains seven precisely sized proteins, M.W. 15, 25, 35, 50, 75, 100 and 150 kDa. Recombinant proteins produce sharp bands for precise size determination since they are not glycosylated.
