一般描述

溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种基本的膜生物合成代谢物。LPA和G蛋白偶联受体(GPCRs)互作,被称为LPA受体,调节信号反应。[1]油酰-L-α-溶血磷脂酸激活LPA4受体。[2]在角质形成细胞中,油酰-L-α-溶血磷脂酸在某种程度上促进生长。[3]

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.   3. What substance can be used to dissolve this product?

    1. Water is typically not an ideal solvent for lipids. The choice of solvent depends on the intended application. A mixture of chloroform, methanol, and acetic acid at a ratio of 95:5:5, could be considered. Ideally, consulting the scientific literature would be necessary to determine if a specific solvent is used for the intended application.

  4. Is this version of the compound cell culture grade?

    1. This product is not cell culture grade. Unfortunately, there is not a LPA sodium salt offered that is cell culture suitable. The suitability for this product in cell culture would have to be determined by the end-user.
