一般說明

DCC是 N,N′-二环己基碳二亚胺的首字母缩写。在肽合成中,它被用来活化羧基。DCC的结构已通过红外光谱和拉曼光谱得到了分析。[1]它介导聚乙烯醇与游离乙酰丙酸的酯化反应生成聚乙烯醇-co乙酰丙酸酯。[2]

應用

DCC可用于促进
7-(-丁基二甲基硅基)氧与丙酸的酯化反应生成7-(-丁基二甲基硅基)氧庚-2,4-二炔-1-醇。[3]
还可用于合成:
  • 通过2-苯乙烯基和2-(4-硝基苯基)异硫氰酸酯[2+2]环加成合成:1,3-噻唑烷衍生物。[4]
  • 1,3,5-恶二嗪-4-硫酮与苯甲酰异硫氰酸酯[4+2]环加成反应。[5]
  • 在芳香族(或异芳香族)羧酸存在下,通过与(N-异环氨基)三苯基磷烷反应,生成空间位阻的1,3,4-恶二唑衍生物。[6]

DCC已可用于制备钛酸盐纳米管-酞菁(TiONts-Pc)纳米复合材料[7] 和和7-(-丁基二甲基硅基)氧)庚-2,4-二炔-1-丙酸酯。[8]

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  2. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
