Application

Analiza Western Blot: Rozcieńczenie 1:2000 do 1:8000 tej partii wykryło Src w lizatach całych komórek RIPA z ludzkich komórek A431. Immunoprecypitacja: 5-20 μL poprzedniej partii immunoprecypitowało Src z 500 μg lizatu A431 RIPA.

Dodać 2,5 μl 2-merkaptoetanolu/100 μl lizatu i gotować przez 5 minut w celu zredukowania preparatu. Załadować 20 μg zredukowanego lizatu na pas do minigelów.
