一般描述

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母亲的IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿,对于新生儿抗感染至关重要。[1]
小鼠IgG是从正常小鼠血清中通过分离和例子交换层析纯化得来的。

应用

纯化小鼠IgG1可用作参考抗原,标准物,抑制剂或覆盖蛋白,用于各种免疫分析包括ELISA,点印迹免疫结合,Western免疫印迹,免疫扩散,免疫电泳,血凝反应和细胞结合分析。其他应用包括作为制备免疫原和固相免疫吸附剂的起始材料。小鼠IgG可用作ELISA[2]和染色质免疫沉淀分析的标准。[3]它还可以在生物传感器开发中覆盖纳米颗粒。[4][5]
