原理

该方法是基于将含有磷酸钠的HEPES缓冲盐水和含有DNA的CaCl2 溶液进行缓慢混合实现的。 所形成的DNA-磷酸钙共沉淀物可粘附于细胞表面，并可能通过胞吞作用被细胞吸收。

其他说明

该方案可用于使用pSV40-CAT质粒作为报告基因对CHO细胞进行瞬时转染。
