质量

每一批次的X-tremeGENE HP DNA转染试剂都经过严格的质量控制流程测试，确保性能合规的标准性。在质量测试环节，首先使用X-tremeGENE HP DNA转染试剂（试剂DNA比为3:1μl/μg DNA）向细胞转染一个报告基因载体。再通过化学荧光检测法监测报告基因活性。最后使用一条标准曲线对每孔的重组蛋白总量进行定量，以确定产品达到规格。
