甲苯胺蓝O（TBO）是一种醌亚胺家族的噻嗪染料，天然带阳离子。它用于石蜡包埋植物细胞壁多色染色法。[3]使用有效的吸附剂斜发沸石，可以从其水溶液中除去TBO。[4]TBO和固定输出的实验室激光光源同时使用，可消灭与龋齿相关的各种口腔细菌。[5]这种变色的核染色剂通常用于代替劳氏紫或亚甲蓝。也可与孔雀石绿和碱性品红一起作为三元染料成分。[6]

適合性

使用 Churukian-Schenk 方法和 Nocht 方法在石蜡切片上进行肥大细胞和软骨异染染色。

  1. Is there a recommendation for dissolving Toluidine Blue (198161-5g lot MKCK0257) at 1 mg/ml in water?

    1. This product is released based on the testing performed by the Biological Stain Commission. There is no specific solubility specification for this product. At the BSC, the product is dissolved at 50 mg in 250 ml of water for one test, and 100 mg of the dye is dissolved in 150 ml of water for the second test, followed by the addition of additional alcohol. When used to stain frozen sections, a 0.5% solution is typically prepared in 20% alcohol. Some procedures call for dissolving at 10 mg/ml, but this amount of dye cannot always be dissolved. Once dissolved, the solution should be relatively stable.This product does not appear to be hygroscopic, and its solubility can vary somewhat from lot to lot.
