原理

储存及稳定性
自收到之日起，将试剂盒的全部组件储存于 -20°C，无霜冰箱。
使用前：
1.使用前，去除固定/变性液，并在室温下放置至少 4 小时。寒冷时可能出现的沉淀物，应放回溶液中。
2.用适当体积的 1X PBS 重悬过氧化物酶山羊抗小鼠 IgG。
•对于 200 次测试试剂盒，在 125 µl 1X PBS 中重悬过氧化物酶山羊抗小鼠 IgG。使用偶联稀释液进行任何批次特异性稀释。
•对于 1000 次测试试剂盒，在 250 µl 1X PBS 中重悬过氧化物酶山羊抗小鼠 IgG。使用偶联物稀释液进行批次特异性稀释。
将溶液在室温下静置 10 分钟。（或直到溶液澄清为止）。分成小的等分试样；当天不使用的等分试样应储存在 -20°C 的无霜冰箱中。
一旦试剂盒的组件都解冻可以使用之后：
•BrdU 标签和 100X 抗 BrdU 抗体应该分成小的等分试样，并与过氧化物酶山羊抗小鼠 IgG 一起储存在 -20°C 无霜冻的冰箱中；避免反复冻/融循环。
•试剂盒的所有其他组件（底物、抗体稀释液、结合稀释液、20X 洗板浓缩液、固定/变性液、终止液）应储存于 4°C。
