一般描述

四水合乙酸锰(II)是一种离子化合物,可溶于水和极性溶剂。它通常用作化学气相沉积工艺中制造锂离子电池正极材料的前驱体。也可用作溶胶-凝胶前驱体,合成氧化锰基催化剂和其他功能材料。此外,四水合乙酸锰(II)还用作染色中的媒染剂、油漆和清漆的催干剂以及氧化催化剂。可用于生产高纯度二氧化锰、氧化锰水合物和其他含锰化合物。

应用

四水合乙酸锰(II)可用作:     
  • 合成羧酸锰的起始原料,羧酸锰可用于化学气相沉积(CVD)法制备氧化锰薄膜。     
  • 化学气相冷凝(CVC)法合成锰-TiO2复合材料的前驱体。这些复合材料可用于低温氧化NO。     
  • 制备NCM(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2)粉末的前驱体,该粉末可用作锂离子电池的正极材料。     
  • 溶胶-凝胶法在Au衬底上合成LiMn2O4(LMO)薄膜的起始原料。

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
