調製ノート

氷上で解凍してください。最初に解凍した際、チューブを軽く遠心して内容物を完全に回収してください。酵素液は一回の使用量ずつ分注してください。分注した酵素液は希釈せずそのまま-70°Cで保存してください。注:酵素は凍結融解の繰り返しに対して非常に不安定です。
