この製品は、p-ニトロフェニルリン酸（pNPP）で構成される、すぐに使用できる緩衝アルカリホスファターゼ基質です。この製品は、安定性と反応性を強化すると共にベースライン吸収を低減する不溶性安定剤を含む進化した基質系です。この製品は可溶性最終産物を生成することから、ブロッティングまたは組織化学的研究に使用することは推奨されません。
アプリケーション
可溶性の黄色い物質を生じます。この生成物は405 nmで吸光度を測定することができます。エンドポイント法の場合は、3 Nの水酸化ナトリウムで反応を停止させることもできます。ELISA(マイクロウェル)法に適しています。膜の分析における使用には適していません。
注意
2～8°Cで保存すると1年間は安定です。

Can this be used after it has been frozen?

The stability of this solution has not been evaluated at −20°C. The freeze/thaw process may contribute to decomposition of the substrate solution. Signs of degradation include changes in color or turbidity and precipitation of the pNPP.
