高分子キニノーゲン（HK）は、血漿Kallikrein-Kinin（カリクレイン-キニン）系（KKS）の基質および補因子です。血漿中に660 nMの濃度で存在し、血小板GPI-V-IX複合体に結合します。
生物化学的／生理学的作用
Kininogen high molecular weight, Two Chainは、内因性の血液凝固カスケ-ドの接触相における活性化に関与する物質で、factor XIがfactor XIIの近くに保持されてこの2種類の因子を相互活性化させる場となる基質を形成します。プレカリクレインの活性化にも関与しています。High molecular weight kininogenは、血小板、内皮細胞などの細胞の表面にあるプロテオグリカンに結合します。High molecular weight kininogenの第5ドメインは、血小板凝集および血管新生を抑制します。
高分子キニノーゲン（HK）は、トロンビンの血小板への結合を阻害します。[2]
