インタ-ロイキン17(IL-17)は当初、CTLA-8と言われていましたが、T細胞が発現するポリペプチドとして造血系の調節に関与すると考えられています。IL-17は繊維芽細胞においてIL-6, IL-8, G-CSFの産生を誘導することが確認されており、これらのサイトカインはすべて造血作用を示しています。
