Doxycycline hydrochloride is soluble in water, so it should remain soluble when diluted from DMSO to water, provided that the concentration is within a reasonable range. The water solubility of pure doxycycline hydrochloride is often reported to be ~50 mg/mL, though slight warming is often required at higher concentrations.

This product is a 100 mg/mL solution in DMSO. As DMSO is a cryoprotectant, storage at -80°C is not expected to be detrimental to the product quality. However, the stability of this solution as -80°C has not been investigated.
