アプリケーション
IgG-アガロースはアフィニティー精製抗体に用いられる免疫吸着剤であり、種特異的交差反応抗体または混入抗体を抗血清調製液から取り除きます。一般的には、交差反応抗体は、等容量の IgG-アガロース（樹脂容量）を用いて抗血清調製液から取り除かれます。しかし、樹脂と抗血清の比は個々のアプリケーションにより異なります。
アガロース結合ヒト IgG を用いて、酵母培地のタンデムアフィニティー精製によるプルダウンアッセイが実施されました。上清液は 30 µL のアガロースビーズと一晩、混合されました。 [3]

保存料を含有する0.5 M NaClに懸濁します。
