General description
Application
TBE保存濃縮液を1倍TBEランニングバッファーにまで希釈すると、バッファーには89 mMのトリス-ホウ酸と2 ｍMのEDTAが含まれるようになり、pHは8.3です。 5倍または10倍の保存濃縮液も、PAGEゲルを作製するためにアクリルアミド/ビス-アクリルアミド保存溶液に添加できます。 最大の分解能を得るには、5 V/cm（装置の電極間の距離）未満の印加電圧を推奨します。
- DNA agarose gel electrophoresis (fragment <1500 bp)
- Native and non-denaturing RNA agarose gel electrophoresis (fragment <1500 bp)
- Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis
- Northern and Southern blotting
- DNA automated sequencing gel
- Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) (applied voltages of less than 5 V/cm are recommended for maximum resolution)
