構成
成分:スクロ-ス、硝酸ナトリウム、リン酸二カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、塩化カリウム、硫酸第一鉄。
調製ノート
水1 Lに35.0 gを懸濁させ、沸騰させて培地を完全に溶かします。121°Cで15分間オートクレーブ滅菌します。よく混合し、必要に応じて分注します。
