プルランは、α-1,4-マルトトリオースの繰り返し単位からなる直鎖グルカン多糖です。酵母様真菌であるAureobasidium pullulansによってデンプンから生成され、2個のマルトトリオース単位の間にα-1,6結合を有します。[1]

  • サイズ排除クロマトグラフィー／マルチアングルレーザー光散乱（MALLS）検出によるオリゴマーセルロースの分子量の測定
  • 微細藻類の未変性グリコーゲンの分子サイズ分布決定におけるSECカラムのキャリブレーション
  • ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー（GPC）を用いたアルギン酸–キトサンマイクロカプセルの膜形成プロセスの定量分析。[2]

構成

GPC/SEC/GFCシステムの較正のために慎重に選んだ標準物質を含むキットです。本キットには、タイプは同じですがモル質量が異なる標準物質、各標準物質の分析証明書（CoA）および分析条件を記した較正曲線の例が含まれます。
標準物質は使用前に秤量する必要があります。水溶液およびDMSO溶液の較正に適しています。
キットには、各100 mg、Mpが約350～700,000の範囲の、10個の異なるプルラン標準物質が含まれます。

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.   3. What is specification for GPC pullulan standards. Pullulan standard with Mp 22000Da supplied in different lot can vary how much % from 22000Da

    1. This product is intended for use as a calibration standard for GPC/SEC/GFC systems. While there is not specification for the Mp values, these are reported on the lot specific Certificate of Analysis. The lowest value reported for the Mp 220000Da is 19.4000Da.
