General description
Application
BCIPには2種類の塩があり、二ナトリウム塩は水に、p-トルイジン塩はジメチルホルムアミドに溶解します。これらの塩は、NBTと反応バッファ-と組み合わせてアルカリホスファタ-ゼ検出用基質溶液を作成するための、ストック溶液の調製に用いられます。本基質をアルカリホスファタ-ゼとインキュベ-ションすると、容易に目視できる紫色の不溶性のNBTジホルマザンが生成されます。さらに使いやすいように、溶解しやすいタブレットやそのままお使いいただける溶液等のBCIP/NBT混合物もご用意しています。
