How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. 「第4類: 引火性液体、第三石油類、危険等級III、非水溶性液体」とありますが、分子構造から見ると第5類に分類されると思われます。また、記憶違いかもしれませんが、以前は第5類だったと記憶しています。何か、法令の改正などにより危険物の分類が変更されたのでしょうか。

2-Ethylhexyl nitrate has a flash point of 76.1°C (169°F). It is has a GHS (Globally Harmonized System) Flammability rating of 4, the least hazardous. While 2-Ethylhexyl nitrate is combustible, it is not as hazardous as, for example, Butane which has a GHS Flammability rating of 1; flammability is rated on a scale from 1-4 based on the flash point.
