DSPE-PEG(2000) biotin is functionalized polyethylene glycol (PEG) conjugated lipid.

Applicazioni

DSPE-PEG(2000) biotin has been:

• used as a component of liposomes, to prepare lipid microbubbles[1]
• used in the control experiments, to test the influence of 2,4-dinitrophenyl (DNP)-PEG2000-PE conformation on binding affinity[2]
• used for capsule surface modification[3]
• added to the labelling reaction to facilitate immobilization of the samples on the streptavidin-coated microfluidic sample chambers[4]
