生化/生理作用

带烷基化咪唑环的SKF-96365是受体介导的Ca2+内流和电压门控Ca2+内流的选择性抑制剂。SKF-96365介导平滑肌膜的去极化,对乙酰胆碱(ACh)诱导去极化无影响。它是一种SOCE(库操纵性钙内流)阻滞剂。也可抑制Homer1蛋白质表达。SKF-96365在1-甲基-4-苯基吡啶基(MPP)介导的细胞毒性中可诱发保护功能。
