生化/生理作用
3-羟基-DL-犬尿氨酸 (3-HKYN) 具有抗氧化功能,可防止大脑皮层脂质过氧化。可能调节突触神经传递。Huntington 病患者血浆中 3-HKYN 水平升高。然而,它在神经退行性疾病中的作用仍不十分清楚。犬尿氨酸代谢与谷氨酸能神经传递相关,3-HKYN 水平与精神分裂症的病理生理学相关。
