生化/生理作用

一种有效的抗肿瘤药物,通过抑制胸苷酯合成酶来影响嘧啶的合成,从而耗尽细胞内的dTTP池。其代谢产物为核糖核酸和脱氧核糖核酸,可与RNA和DNA结合。用5-FU处理细胞可导致细胞在S-期积累,并已被证明其可诱导p53依赖的凋亡。
