Die Agilent Inletdichtung muß regelmäßig ersetzt werden, um Probenadsorption durch Probenmatrixrückstände und/oder Septumfragmente zu vermeiden. Wir stellen Ersatzdichtungen aus hochqualitativem Edelstahl zur Analyse nicht reaktiver Verbindungen und eine vergoldete Version für reaktive Komponenten her. Es werden keine Glanzzusätze beim Galvanisierungsprozess verwendet.

Anwendung

Gold-plated inlet seal may be used in the GC injection port for thermal desorption-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (TD-GC/MS), where residual accumulation was noticed resulting in analyte adsorption and elevating signal background. Hence, replacing the gold-plated seal in regular intervals decreased the interference.
