How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

What solvents can be used with Sephadex LH-20, Product LH20100?

Sephadex LH-20 swells in water, polar organic solvents, aqueous solvent mixtures, and mixtures of polar organic solvents. In solvent mixtures containing both polar and non-polar organic solvents the gel takes up predominantly the polar component. Following is a table of solvents and the approximate swelling volume. What is Sephadex LH-20, Product LH20100?

Sephadex LH-20 is a beaded, cross-linked dextran which has been hydroxypropylated to yield a chromatographic media with both hydrophilic and lipophilic character. Due to its dual character, LH-20 swell in water and a number of organic solvents. The particle size and exclusion limit vary depending on the solvent used for swelling. The swollen resin can be used for gel filtration separations of both hydrophilic and lipophilic compounds.
