Fulvestrant for system suitability EP Reference standard, intended for use in laboratory tests only as specifically prescribed in the European Pharmacopoeia.

Biochem./physiol. Wirkung

Fulvestrant (ICI 182.780) ist ein selektiver Östrogenrezeptor-Herunterregulator (SERD). Fulvestrant ist ein hochaffiner Östrogenrezeptor-Antagonist. IC50 = 0,29 nM. Fulvestrant ist das erste „reine“ Antiöstrogen, das keine agonistische Wirkung hat, sowohl in vitro als auch in vivo.
Fulvestrant ist ein selektiver Östrogenrezeptor-Herunterregulator (SERD); hochaffiner Östrogenrezeptor-Antagonist.
