RNA-Isolierungs-Kit benützt für die Extraktion von nicht-degradierter totaler RNA eine Einschritt-Methode (Guanidin-rhodanid/Phenol/Chloroform-Extraktion). Ermöglicht die Extraktion von totaler RNA aus mindestens 7g Gewebe.
Inhalt: Denaturierungslösung, mit H2O gesättigtes Phenol, β-Mercapto-ethanol, Chloroform:Isoamylalkohol (49:1), 2 M-Natriumacetat, Isopropanol, Anwendungsprotokoll.
