Das Progard® 2-Vorbehandlungspack dient der Vorbehandlung von Wasser, indem es große Partikel, organische Verbindungen und freies Chlor aus Leitungswasser entfernt. Dadurch wird die Umkehrosmose(RO)-Membran vor Kesselsteinbildung, organischer Verschmutzung und Chloroxidation geschützt. Das Progard® 2-Vorbehandlungspack gewährleistet eine optimale Lebensdauer und Leistung Ihres Systems. Zur Verwendung mit AFS®, Direct-Q®, Elix® und RiOs™ 5/8/16 Wasseraufbereitungssystemen. Der vom System angeforderte Austausch von Verbrauchsmaterialien ist für die Aufrechterhaltung der Systemleistung innerhalb der Spezifikationen von äußerster Bedeutung.

Anwendung

Entfernt organische Substanzen, freies Chlor, Partikel und Kolloide aus dem Leitungswasser und sorgt für einen optimalen Schutz der RO-Membran.

Leistungsmerkmale und Vorteile

  • Das Progard® 2-Vorbehandlungspack besteht aus Polypropylen und EPDM.
  • Für eingespeistes Leitungswasser mit einem Silt Density Index (SDI) von < 12, Cl2 < 3 ppm und einem TOC von < 2000 ppb geeignet.
  • Natürliche Aktivkohlemedien weisen eine große Oberfläche und eine hohe Adsorptionskinetik auf und tolerieren Speisewasser, das bis zu 3 ppm Chlor und 2000 ppb TOC enthält.
  • Die Tiefenfiltermedien weisen eine hohe Kapazität und eine optimierte Retention auf, wodurch sie Speisewasser mit einem SDI bis zu 12 tolerieren.
  • Enthält besonders ausgewähltes Polyphosphat zur Vermeidung von Kesselsteinbildung ohne Freisetzung von Ionen.

    1. Recommended storage conditions: temperatures from 5 to 30°C; humidity between 10 and 80%. The original sealed bag (if provided) must be kept intact before the first use to protect the purification element from foreign matter.

  6. Can consumables be opened and refilled?

    1. Unfortunately, this is not possible because of safety issues and the need to guarantee the quality of consumables and their interior purification components. Our consumables are manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility France in agreement with high quality standards.

  7. How frequently do the various consumables need to be changed?

    1. The frequency that consumables must be changed depends on the system's usage (treated water volume) and on the consumables themselves (time of usage). In order to ensure the quality of water and your results, the consumables should be replaced when the system alerts you.
