Anti-GATAD2B antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. GATAD2B (GATA zinc finger domain containing 2B) plays a vital role in the methylation dependent MBD2 (Methyl-CpG-binding domain protein 2)-mediated transcriptional repression, and acetylation of histone tails. It can also interact with the MBD3 during transcriptional control.
