Application

Die Oxidation von Methyllinoleat in einer organischen Lösung und von Phosphatidylcholin (PC) in von einem Azo-Initiator induzierten liposomalen Membranen wird häufig als Modell für die Lipidperoxidation in vivo verwendet.
