General description
Die chirale stationäre Phase in β-DEX Säulen enthält permethyliertes β-Cyclodextrin, eingebettet in eine stationäre Phase von mittlerer Polarität. Wir empfehlen die Säulen für die Enantiomerentrennung eines breiten Bereichs chiraler Verbindungen (Ketone, Ester, Alkane, Alkene, Alkohole, Säuren, Ether u.s.w.). Der 10%ige (β-DEX 110) und 20%ige (β-DEX 120) β-Cyclodextrin-Gehalt ändert die Elutionsreihenfolge, während die Enantioselektivität weitgehend erhalten bleibt.
Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column.
Application
β -DEX™ 120 chiral capillary column was used for the GC analysis of chiral Bis(oxazolinylmethyl)amine ligand.
