General description
Der Protease- und Phosphatasehemmer-Cocktail wurde entwickelt, um die Ausbeute an intakten und unveränderten Proteinen in Zellextrakten zu erhöhen. Die Protease- und Phosphatasehemmer-Cocktailmischung-hemmt Serin-, Cystein- und saure Proteasen sowie Aminopeptidasen. Sie hemmt außerdem Serin-/Threonin-Proteinphosphatasen und L-Isozyme von alkalischer Phosphatase. Der Cocktail wurde an Extrakten aus verschiedenen tierischen Geweben wie der menschlichen Plazenta und Rinderleber sowie an Extrakten aus A431-, CHO- und U937-Zellen getestet. Der Protease- und Phosphatasehemmer-Cocktail wird als gebrauchsfertige Lösung in DMSO geliefert.
Application
Preparation Note
Die empfohlene Verdünnung des Cocktails im biologischen Extrakt beträgt 1 mL des Cocktails pro 500 mg des aus dem Gewebe oder den Zellen extrahierten Proteins. In vielen Fällen kann der Cocktail in einer Endkonzentration von 1 % (v/v) verwendet werden, d. h. 1 mL Cocktail-Lösung pro 100 mL Extraktionspuffer.
