General description
Corning 96-Well-UV-Platten haben einen UV-durchlässigen Well-Boden, der ideal zur Bestimmung von Protein- und/oder Nukleinsäurekonzentrationen ist.
- Zertifiziert für geringen Hintergrund und konstante Leistung bei 260 und 280 nm
- Zertifiziert DNase- und RNase-frei
- Der UV-durchlässige Boden ist direkt auf einen Sockel aus Acryl gegossen, was für höhere Festigkeit und maximalen Auslaufschutz sorgt.
- Gesamt-Well-Volumen: 360 μl; empfohlenes Arbeitsvolumen von 75 bis 200 μl
- Deckel sind separat erhältlich
