General description

Diese EIA/RIA-96-Well-Platten sind für diagnostische In-vitro-Immunassays konzipiert. Alle EIA/RIA-Platten werden aus speziellem, medizinischem Polystyrol hergestellt, was einheitliche Bindung, hohe optische Klarheit und geringe Hintergrundabsorption gewährleistet. Außerdem gehören die Easy-Wash^™-Produkte zum zertifizierten Programm für Oberflächenchemie, das garantiert, dass sich die Proteinbindungseigenschaften innerhalb der veröffentlichen Qualitätssicherungskriterien befinden.

• Not treated (or medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions
• Is suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface
• Untreated microplates have a binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/cm²
• Easy Wash design (round to narrowed flat well bottom) for improved washing in immunoassays
