Application

N-Isobutyryl-L-cysteine may be used as a chiral derivatization agent for the determination of D- and L-amino acids in natural/synthetic bioactive peptides, pharmaceutical formulations and absolute configuration of selenomethionine[1] using chromatography techniques.
