General description
Spüllösung A ist ein allgemeiner Spülpuffer, der den Vorgaben der Europäischen Pharmakopöe (EP) 2.6.1, der US-amerikanischen Pharmakopöe (USP) 71 und der Japanischen Pharmakopöe (JP) 4.06 entspricht. Das Produkt ist eine klare, farblose Flüssigkeit mit einem pH-Wert von 7,1 ± 0,2 bei 25 °C. Die Lösung kann bis zu 12 Monate bei 2–25 °C (lichtgeschützt) aufbewahrt werden. Jede Flasche ist mit einer Schraubkappe mit Septum verschlossen, um die Gefahr einer Kreuzkontamination zu vermeiden und die Desinfektionsverfahren zu optimieren.
Application
Spüllösung A wird zum Ausspülen wässriger Lösungen bei der Sterilitätsprüfung mittels Membranfiltration verwendet. Sie wird auch zum Verdünnen von Feststoffen in der gleichen Anwendung eingesetzt. Dieses Produkt wird außerdem als Spüllösung bei der Membranfiltration unsteriler Produkte empfohlen. Sie eignet sich ausgezeichnet zum Auflösen oder Verdünnen von Proben, Rekonstituieren kommerzieller Mikroorganismen oder als Transportmedium für Mikroorganismen.
