Application

Dieser Anti-Oxytocin-Antikörper, Klon 4G11, ist zur Verwendung in ELISA und IH zum Nachweis von Oxytocin validiert.

Immunhistochemie an mit 4 % Paraformaldehyd fixierten gefrorenen Gewebeschnitten. 1:5.000–1:10.000.

ELISA: 1:1.000.000

Optimale Arbeitsverdünnungen müssen vom Endanwender bestimmt werden.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Erkennt Oxytocin. Keine Reaktivität auf Arginin-Vasopressin, -Vasotocin oder Asu1,6,Arg8]-Vasopressin mittels konkurrierender ELISA.
