Beschreibung

General description

Ein wasserlösliches, neutrales und geruchloses Disulfid-Reduktionsmittel, das stabiler und wirksamer ist als DTT. THP ist vergleichbar mit TCEP (Kat.-Nr. 580560) als Reduktionsmittel. Sein Reduktionsvermögen gegenüber oxidiertem Glutathion beträgt 0,232 meq/g (Hinweis: TCEP hat eine Reduktionskapazität von 0,182 meq/g). THP ist im Vergleich zu DTT auch resistenter gegen Luftoxidation.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °C bis zu 6 Monate haltbar.
