Beschreibung

General description

Hinweis: 1 kU = 1.000 Einheiten.

Native Hefe-Myokinase. Die Myokinase transferiert reversibel Phosphat von ATP zu AMP und bildet so zwei ADP-Moleküle. Das Enzym ist spezifisch für Adenin-Nukleotide und katalysiert die Reaktion nur in Gegenwart eines zweiwertigen Metallions (z. B. Mg²⁺, Ca²⁺, Co²⁺, Mn²⁺ oder Ni²⁺).

Physical form

Lyophilisiert aus Kaliumphosphatpuffer.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 6 Monate haltbar.

Eine Einheit ist definiert als die Menge an Enzym, die bei 25 °;C und einem pH-Wert von 7,5 pro Minute 1,0 µ;mol ATP und 1,0 µ;mol AMP in 2 µ;mol ADP umwandelt. Hinweis: 1 kU = 1.000 Einheiten.
