For use in mammalian cell lysis. Dilute one part 10XRIPA Lysis Buffer with nine parts sterile, distilled
water. Stir mixture and refrigerate at least two hours prior to use. Immediately prior to use add the
protease and phosphatase inhibitors for the following final concentrations: 1mM PMSF, 1mM sodium orthovanadate, 1mM sodium fluoride, 1µg/ml aprotinin, 1µg/ml leupeptin, 1µg/ml pepstatin.
Storage and Stability: Stable for 6 months at room temperature from date of shipment.
Store in the dark.

Can we store it a 4 degree, if we want to use it after 6 months?

Studies have not been performed to determine if refrigerated storage will extend the shelf life of this product. The end user would have to determine suitability if used after the recommended 6 months.
